Dear Sir Helford,
Imperial Shipping Committee.
A line to acknowledge, with many thanks, the
receipt of your letter of the 11th instant regarding
Hong Kong Harbour.
I too am going away at the end of this week;
but our Eastern Department will deal with the draft
letter if it arrives during my absence; and they
will I am sure be glad, if occasion arises, to take
advantage of your kind offer to discuss the matter
orally.
